Rapid response service.
UpSource Ltd offer next day support as standard, but we aim to respond to all callouts within 4 hours. Even if you have never contacted us before, we still aim to give you the same high level of service that we give our established clients.
In 2014, we responded to more than 50% of support call-outs within 2 hours, and almost 90% within 4 hours.
Highly affordable services.
Management contracts: Out management contracts start from just £100 per month, and include unlimited maintenance, support and consultancy services.
As required services: UpSource Ltd charges just £30 plus VAT per half hour for support and troubleshooting, and there is no callout fee, so if your problem is straight-forward and can be solved in the first 30 minutes, you only pay £30 plus VAT. For non-support services, such as installations, upgrades or consultancy we give the client the option to pay either a single fixed fee for the work or the half-hourly rate.
UpSource repair service double guarantee.
At UpSource we know that there is nothing more frustrating that calling someone out, having them seemingly fix the problem and then if comes back within a few hours or days of their visit.
Not only do we offer a no-fix, no fee service, we also guarantee that if we fix a problem and it reoccurs within 30 days, we’ll come back and try to fix it again for free. If we still can’t fix it, we’ll refund your money in full.
